To set up call2CRM to interact with Nimble simply select it from the options list on the setting screen then in the next section log into Nimble using your username and password.
That’s it. Simple.
If you opt to upgrade to our premium features you will:
- Get the option to write notes about each call
- Be prompted whether you want to add the call details to your CRM (you might not want the boss know you had an hour long call with your wife!)
- Be prompted to save your choice so it’s not asked again, i.e. never add details of calls to your wife to the CRM
