Since Capsule changed their authentication protocols we’ve noticed several people having issues with the app not giving the ability to save call details to Capsule.


To resolve this you need to log out/in to Capsule within the App to refresh the authentication. We are looking at increasing the stability of the connection but in the meantime if you get the ‘failed to retrieve contact retry/cancel’ option then take the following steps.

Open the call2CRM app and click the settings icon at the top right










Log out of Capsule



















Log back into Capsule










Authorise the App








You should now find the app works fine, if it stops just follow these steps again.
