We’re aware that some users are experiencing issues with using our app and Zoho. It would appear that it’s an issue with how Zoho generates authentication tokens.

We’re still investigating the issue but have found for some users the following works:

  1. Open this url: https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#sessions/userauthtoken
  2. Remove all tokens with crmapi scopes only: zoho
  3. Go to the call2CRM app and try to test credentials again
  4. If this doesn’t solve the issue open https://www.zoho.eu/ and login. You’ll be asked to create a new company, do that and carry on
  5. Go to the call2CRM app and try to test credentials again
