Thanks for using Call2CRM! Here we describe how Enhancing Businesses Ltd (“We”) collect, use and handle your information when you use our websites, software and services (“Services”).

What & Why

If you decide to download the call2CRM app (the “Service”) you will be asked to register the details of your CRM username and password, We do not have access to this data however by submitting your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.

We may also collect information about your usage of the Service, as well as information about your location and phone call data. We only use this information in accordance with this privacy policy.

We collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services:

Services. When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your call data to your chosen CRM, we do not have access to all your contacts, only numbers you dial.

Usage. We collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This includes things like IP addresses, the type of browser and device you use, the web page you visited before coming to our sites, and identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.

Cookies and other technologies. We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information.

With whom

We may share information as discussed below, but we won’t sell it to advertisers or other third parties.

Other applications. In order to function we will pass details of calls received and made to your chosen CRM via their open API.

Law & Order. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Call2CRM or our users; or (d) protect Call2CRM’s property rights.

Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. We believe that our users’ data should receive the same legal protections regardless of whether it’s stored on our services or on their home computer’s hard drive. We’ll abide by the following Government Request Principles when receiving, scrutinising and responding to government requests for our users’ data:

  • Protect all users and
  • Provide trusted services.


Around the world. To provide you with the Services, we may store, process and transmit information around the world – including locations outside your country.

We monitor system usage

We have access to and may use aggregate information such as number of associated users, number of transactions and billing information for the purpose of billing and monitoring server and software performance as well as for other internal purposes.

We will never access the details of any information entered and stored in the Service. We will never access system usage history for a specific identifiable user, except where granted permission by the user to assist with resolution of a system issue or error.

Our staff may access non-identifying and aggregated usage information and transaction volumes in order to better understand how our customers are using the Service so we can improve the system design and where appropriate have the system prompt users with suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the system. All aggregated usage information is stored in a secure data warehouse facility.

We do not store your credit card details

All transactions are carried out via the Google Play App Store, We do not take or store credit card details.


If we are involved in a reorganisation, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message within the app) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy will be posted on our Website.
